We require a 20%-50% deposit on all custom orders. The deposit will be due at time of ordering and amount required will be based off of your order total.
Due to being a small shop we can only take on so many orders per week. If for any reason an order is canceled, any payments made on your order is non-refundable. If a order is canceled at least 7days in advance, your deposit can be transferred to a new order for a later date.
Wedding deposits are a required $50 to hold your date.
Changes to any cake order must be made no less than one week before! Keep in mind if anything new needs ordered there is a chance new items will not arrive in time.
Cancellation- If for any reason you need to cancel the deposit made will not be refunded. If you need to post pone your party you can change dates based on availability in our schedule and use your deposit for the new date. Any cancellation made less than three days before pick up will require full payment.
We do all that we can to make sure that your order meets your requirements addressed at time of order. Decorative finishes are subject to the artist interpretation of our cake decorators. You may provide a photo for inspiration, however we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by the other cake decorator. Upon pick up of your cake, adjustments can be made for additional fee, if it was not stated during original order. If a mistake was made by us we will make changes right away.
Due to the amount of work that goes into our handcrafted creations we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for custom orders.
Once you or a member of your party has picked up your order and left with it, it is considered "accepted". Please make sure you are happy with your order, spelling and decorations are correct before leaving. Refunds requested based on design will not be honored after the cake has left our premises. We will do our best to make changes to anything addressed at the time of pick up.

Cake flavor and texture are subjective- full refunds requested due to flavor or texture after the cake has been accepted and picked up will not be honored. You may qualify for a percentage of store credit if the product is brought back the same day and the quality of the cake flavor is determined to not meet our standards. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for a cake that has been completely eaten. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Heavenly Sweet Bakery.
All products are the responsibility of the customer once the order has left our premises. We are not responsible for any damages during transport, set up or thereafter. Please transport your cake on a flat surface (floor of passenger seat). Do not drive with someone holding the cake as any leaning or tilting of the box can result in damage. Keep cake out of the heat and store it properly to reduce chance of melting. Keep in mind cakes are fragile and damages can happen if not handled correctly.
The following scenario is the only instance in which we will provide a refund:
If you come for pick up or upon delivery the cake does not meet your expectations, we will give you a refund. (minus 25% handling/ cancellation fee), This refund will only be given as store credit. We do not give any cash/money refunds. NOTE: if we issue a refund you CANNOT keep the cake. We operate with a "keep" it or "leave" it policy. We will also NOT negotiate a partial refund if you decide to keep the cake.
We will not be responsible for any expense you may come across for replacing the cake.
